| Q: How do I rent the room?
A: The Clearview Rooms are rented by the hour. There is no minimum or maximum number of hours to rent the room. Payment in full and a signed contract reserves the chosen date and time.
Q: How much does the room cost?
A: The Clearview Room is rented for $150.00 per hour which includes the tables and chairs in one standard arrangement. You may choose to use the seating arrangement in place or change it to suit your needs. If you choose to change the seating arrangement, the original arrangement must be restored after your event. Our staff is available for set up and take down of the room for a fee of $60.oo. Time for decorating and set up IS NOT included, make sure you plan your hours accordingly. These are flat rate charges and no taxes are added. Half day and full day rates are also available.
Q: Is anything else available to be rented with the room?
A: For additional costs, tablecloths, decorations, food and beverages may be added to your room rental. Specific prices depend on individual requests. Price estimates are free and available with an appointment.
Q: When can I see the room?
A: The room is available to be shown by appointment only.
